GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Festival Passes will be held at Will Call in the festival's Box Office on location. Tickets to the Silent Film Experience will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • You must provide proof of purchase to pick up passes from Will Call.
  • Filmmakers whose films have been accepted into the festival will receive two (2) free VIP Festival Passes.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
  • Grand Teton Film Festival is not responsible for replacing or refunding tickets and passes that have been lost or stolen. Please consult your ticket or the festival schedule for times and locations. Times and locations are subject to change. Tickets and passes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • By purchasing a ticket or pass, you hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of your attendance and participation at the Grand Teton Film Festival. Grand Teton Film Festival personnel reserve the right to refuse admission or deny entry of any individual to festival activities for any reason determined by the festival directors.
  • Alcohol, smoking/vaping, and firearms are not allowed in or on any festival locations. Local law enforcement personnel will be present at festival activities to ensure public safety and order.
  • Ticket and Pass prices and availability may change at any time with or without prior notice.
  • All guests are expected to comply with any COVID-19 mandates in place by the venue owners or city officials.  Any guest who is found in violation of any health policies will be removed from the premises.
  • You attend these events at your own risk. Grand Teton Film Festival LLC, Paramount 5, and The City of Rexburg cannot guarantee your health against contracting, or being exposed to, COVID-19. By attending these events and entering these venues of your own free will and choice, you agree to hold harmless the entities named above should personal COVID-19 exposure or infection occur. It is highly encouraged to use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and practice social distancing while attending the festival.
